Investing in Water Resources

Our JBS Australia team invested approximately $750,000 (AUD) in a number of capital improvement projects to improve water resources. At the Prime City Feedlot $216,000 was invested for new Center Pivot and $88,000 Irrigation area laser leveling, the Beef City production facility invested $413,000 on new water supply Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System, JBS Australia Carriers invested $15,000 to upgrade the Beef City truck wash to use 100 percent recycled water and the Dinmore production facility invested $13,000 to upgrade recycled water reuse pumps.
